We've formed so many long-lasting close relationships with our families and swimmers through the many years we've coached. It's about more than just swimming, it's about training our swimmers for "life" - imparting wisdom and life skills such as, how & where to start something; setting goals; perseverance; the value and result of hard work, dedication and commitment; seeing things through to the end; winning and losing gracefully; being successful even after life's hard knocks and challenges; problem solving; being a "team" player; motivating & encouraging others; rooting for the under dog; never giving up; keep going and giving even when you think you have nothing left... always having hope and faith.
